Help! How can I create dimensions and sub dimensions in a pivot table? (QlikView)

Hello,

I would like to create the dimensions CASH and CREDIT like shown in the photo above. I know how to add dimensions simply but not able to add a main dimensions and under it sub dimensions. Im trying to create a pivot table in qlikview. Please assist!

You can drag a second dimension to the top of the pivot table. See the blue arrow in my screenshot:
