Help about qlikview user usage per document/sheet

Is there any way to know gow much time each user spend on every documents or sheet(i'm using qlikview serever)?

I would say you can setup the Governance dashboard and that should help you with everything you need.

You can download it from the qlikview download site (Using a qlikview partner credential)

As Aadil points out the Governance Dashboard has this information, though you would need to do some interpolation to get to "Time on each sheet" using the Audit logs.
