Help, first time use SAP Connector fail

Hi, everyone.

It's the first time I use SAP Connector. My client install SAP connector according the reference manual, but get error.

Then, I get a successful connection using SAP admin account, but can not extract data.

Which SAP R/3 version you have? It seems you imported wrong version of transports. Please double check and reimport correct files.

I need to access SAP data. Is teh SAP conector for Qlikview an extra or is it already included in Qlikview 9 -

No, the SAP Connecter is licensed separately.
