Help in Giving access to the QMC.

hI,

i have to give the access to the new user and i have added the user in both Qlikview administers and administers.

But the user is getting the error as

access denied,membershio of local security groups is missing, please refer to the manual for more informaction.

Please help me out....

Have you added id to Administrative group of QV server?

Once you install QlikView Server on windows server, it will create a QLikView Administrator group.

You will have to add the user in that group and then QMC will be accessible to him.

You need to add the domain account of the user that requires access to QMC to the local QlikView Administrators group on the machine that is running the QMS (QlikView Management Service).

AFAIK membership of the local Administrators group is not needed
