Help in straight table

Dear friends,

I have a staright table with code as c400, c401,c402....like this

and TAX as expression calc as sum(amount)

what i want is in coloumn of codes some codes values as IF(CPC_CODE='C400','A',

IF( CPC_CODE='C402','B'    THIS      I can do succesffully but i need to display group of

CPC_CODES also a some description like 'A  & b corp' 

like     IF( CPC_CODE='C402 and  CPC_CODE='C400', 'A  & b corp' ) but it does not show
