Help pls on Single qutoue

Hi

I am having problem with using of Single quote.  Actually i am loading incremental data based on max date. In my script I am using date_field  > '20-Jun-2011'

To get this I declared a variable for single quote and using for maxdatevariable.

hi, use chr(39) function, which returns sigle code...
