Just wondering if anybody could help me with designing a graph displaying a Retention Rate KPI for an Insurance firm.
In my graph i am trying to show the years policies were created and whether they policies were renewed or not. I done out a graph here showing the years and whether they were renewed or not.
I am looking to maybe break it into % of how many were renewed compared to how many of them were not renewed for each year if anyone can help.
