Help with a chart behaving oddly!

Below you can see 2 text boxes A and B that are the results of the set analysis formula that you can see - "B" is always the same irrespective of the MonthYear chosen on the right and "A" shows me the results I expect as I chose a MonthYear or (as is the case here) all the results. "C" is simply A/B. The results in the text boxes are always correct but plotting C against MonthYear always gives me 1. This is driving me insane. Can someone throw some light please?

Thanx

Alexis
