If i have 50 Columns in Data Load and i need to Display all the 50 Columns in Dashboards,What will Be your approach in qlikView.
Thanks in Advance.,
You can load all the fields in Qlikview, you can use on object or may be list objects
1. Use table box object and add all the fields there and display on the Qlik Dashboard / Or you can use the straight table / or you can use pivot table (but when you use this charts use to add expression 1.
2. Use list objects individually for all other fields and display the data.
Hi,
Hard to say as to what a best practice in this case is.
I would make a table with the most relevant columns or expressions needed (as defined with business requirements) and then do a detailed vision, where the user would be able to navigate in as many columns he'd like.
Qlik Sense has a similar approach to this, as being responsive and having limited layout space, it condenses the table columns, and the user can reorder the most relevant, according to the information he wants.
I would say that the business requirement would be a little off, it the user needs that many columns for some quick analysis.
Felipe.
