I have used below mentioned format for converting date but it is not working

Date(Date#('Startdate','DD-MM-YYYY'),'MM/DD/YYYY')as Date

In your Excel your start date is not in 'DD-MM-YYYY' format. What format you want it to change?

ANd use like no quotes around your fieldname.

Date(Date#(Startdate, 'MM/DD/YYYY'), 'MM/DD/YYYY') AS Date
