Please provide answer for how to add users into Qlikview server or QMC
Not much of a description, so about the best I can do are the following links to put you on the right track. The first link is to the training site, you want to do the System Administrator course there:

Next is a note regarding the QMC, there is a Help link in the upper right corner of every page of the QMC, that will take you to the context sensitive help for that page, what you likely need in this case is as follows:

That should be a good start. If you were talking about giving people access to the QMC, there are two different methods there, the first being giving them full Admin rights by adding them to the QlikView Administrators local security group on the server running the QMS service. The second is as a Document Administrator, here is the Help link for that:
