yes you can do so

in your action where you are setting variable

vShow can have either of 2 values 0 or 1

so go to button action external, Set variables, Variable name, value   = 1-vShow

in case it is 1 it will calculate 1-1=0

in case it is 0 it will calculate 1-0=1
