I'm struggling in hiding a label name in a pivot tabel...
I know this option is available in different charts but it's geyed out in the pivot table properties window.
In the picture below you can see what I want (above the original table and below the desired result (now obtained by cut and paste in the picture)
Actualy you can´t, but there is a "work around" inserting the dimension´s lable as ' ' (space) and adjust the width the smaller you can.
Hope it helps,
Fernando

fernando, I heard of this technique (inserting a space ( ' ') as the dimensions label...
But how to? My dimension is now called "NAAM" .
- I can't change this name in the dimension tab of the pivot properties (cause then all my NAAM values are displayed as a space, instead of 1-12)
- Or should I make a copy of this object and name it ' ' (space)
(but where shoud I do this copy? at the script?, seems a little expensive for such a simple task)
whoops my mistake, found it (where you can adjust your label name)
In the DIMENSION properties-tab on the right side just below Show legend, Label (greyed out at pivot tabel but the white bar below that is clickable/adjustable)
