Hi,

Thanks for your reply. But my doubt is  there any possible to do like based on selections in calendar objects or periods without using buttons.

You can use text boxes too, or line/arrow objects, or an input box. But if you want to show/hide objects then you'll need some variable and change the value of the variable.

See the example I posted above. Look at the action assigned to the button that changes a variable. And look at the conditional display expressions on the Layout tab of the properties windows of the listboxes and calendar objects.
