Hide buttons in access point toolbar

I have seen other posts about this but they date back to 2013.  There was an extension that you could use for this but it appears from the comments that it does not work with QV11.

If I can avoid it I really don't want to go into the html or web code to turn these off.

Are there any good options that work with QV11?

if your talking about the default buttons provided my the Qlik in access point then, without  re-writing web or Ajax code we don't have the option

I'm not sure if this is the extension you were referring to but I have used this one in QlikView 11.2 and it works as intended.

That is the one.  I have tried to implement it per the instructions in the Word doc.  But it doesn't hide the buttons.  Is there more to it than what is in the instructions?

Have you added the extension to the servers extension library?

I think that I did.  But I am not sure.  How can I confirm that it is added and in the correct location?

I figured it out.  I did not have the extension file in the correct location.  Once I figured that out and put it there the extension worked great.
