Hide dimension

i want to hide the column whenever the data is null/empty    .. if data is present  that column should show in stright table.

PordInfo column should be hide if there is no data in that column

if  same as measure values is  0  can we  hide specific  respected dimension?

in attached screenshot measure values are zero. can we hide specific dimension ?
