Hide only Locked Fields

Hello,

I am trying to hide, or change the color of the locked fields in a List Box. I still want the excluded to be visible as the user can tick multiple items in the list but they cannot click the locked values in the list. Is it possible to either change the color or hide these locked fields?

I found a solutions which seems to work ok for us, just turn on show alternatives
