Hiding Tabs

Can anyone tell me how to hide a tab.

I know you can do this in document properties and it hides them for every sheet

but is there anyway you can do it PER sheet ?

Thanks

you can define it on every sheet under sheet properties

and define using Show sheet conditional to your requiremnets (e.g. vsheet1=1)

Go to Sheet Properties? Press Ctrl + Alt + S to go into Sheet Properties and then add a condition such as 1 = 0 to hide it

That makes it disappear but how do I reactivate it ?

What i am trying to do is click on a guage to activate a sheet (which it does)

but then for the tab brow to not be visible within that sheet.

Use variables in your case (in addition to activate sheet) to set its value to 1 or 0 (If(vVar =1, 0, 1)) and then use sheet condition as -> vVar = 1

define a button with Action external "set variable" (e.g. vsheet1 and Expression

"if (vsheet=1,0,1)

now define in sheet properties condittional  (vsheet1=1= adn you can toggle with your button (donot plaqce the button on the sheet you want to hide!)

In Tab Settings (Right Botton over the Tab and then Sheet Properties) you can set a condition to show (or not) the Tab. Example 1=2 will be hide the tab.

You can do this with any qlikview object.

Hope it helps!
