Hierarchy table creation.

Hello,

I want to create a hierarchy table, from some file format that I have, So I will be able to use on it Hierarchy function for example.

This is what I have:

From Columns A - H I want to create a hierarchy, like this:

Another thing is probably, how to connect the numbers. (column J) (but this is probably for another part)
