Highlighting instead of drilling through

I have two graphs which use the same dataset.

Graph A projects number of persons per country in a pie

Graph B projects number of persons per country per city in a stacked bar chart. The stacks contain the cities.

When selecting a country in Graph A I want to "dim" the non relevant segments in chart B

So it should not be a real drillthrough in Graph B with only the applicable data but , in the users experience, a highlight of the relevant segments

Right click on the chart and select set reference.
