Hirerarchy

I would like to make a hirarchy. However my data in table is little different though we use hirarchy it doesnt work.

data looks like this

reporee,Manger,level

Anil,X,1
Anil,Y,2
Anil,Z,3
Anil,Anil,4

Is it feasbile to build hirerarchy in this kind

Which means Anil reports Z,Z to Y,Y to X
