Horizontal Scroll Bar in a Straight Table

Is there anyway to create a scroll bar for the whole table in a straight table? I have numerous amount of columns to which end users want to add more too but there becoming unreadable do to the lack of a scroll bar.

The only way I am aware of is to change your dimensions to expressions.
