Horizontal Stacked Bar Chart with Labels on Both Sides and Data on Bars

Really just asking in case anyone else has been able to create a similar visualization (I created this example by splicing two charts together to get the look I'm after).

I currently have three expressions in my stacked bar chart; One for the percentages you see on the bars, one for the labels on the left side, and one for the labels on the right side. However, no matter how hard I try I cannot get the values to be on the data points. When I go to Presentation and check Plot Values Inside Segments I get this:

If anyone has been able to create a visualization like this I would greatly appreciate the help. Or even if there might be a better way to visualize this data.
