Horse Picture in Slider

I have recently looked some dashboards in the below URL.

Dashboard - Racing Dashboard - Golden Dice

I just saw Horse in the slider instead of normal moving button.

It looks it is designed in qlikview. is it? If yes, How to do the same in qlikview?

This has not been done in Qlikivew, is another technology called Tableau. I think that is not possible to modify the slider with an image in Qlikview.
