Hours between TIMESTAMPS not coming correct .

Hello Experts ,

Hours between TIMESTAMPS not coming correct  for me . Any advice on my first post .

LOAD * ,

Round( (END- START )*24) as DurationInHours ;

LOAD * INLINE [
START, END
3/28/2019 11:00:00 PM, 3/28/2019 12:00:00 AM
];

It looks like 12:00 AM is the morning of 3/28 not midnight.
