How Do I release old laptop from user license so I can install on new laptop???

I have recently got a new laptop and when QLIKVIEW 11 was installed it goes to a a personnel edition instead of the developer?Named user. Help !!!

To release the license from the old system

settings -> user preference -> License -> clear license information.

close the entire qlikview desktop and reopen, ur license information should have been vanised..
