Is there any way to modify the stream “My work” the thing that I need to do is disable it for some users.

I search this stream in the security rules but I can’t found it.

I found how I can disable it.

It’s a rule that you can find in the part of security rules so the rule is “CreateApp” and you will need to disable the captcha and with this form in the "Hub" is not available.
