How Import Different Form of Excel Files ?

Hi Every One ;

I want to import an Excel File to my Dash bord Qlikview .

This Excel Files contain CA and Quantity objectifs by Month and for each Customer / Product Code .

How can I do This please and waht's the best practise .? I try to transpose the cross table , But I don't fave a good result !
