Not sure if I understand your last post.
There is no special support for spatial data in QV built in. No special data types, no polygons, etc.
Spatial data is treated as any other kind of data.
You may then use an extension to display this data on a Map, or call Google API to create a chart background image,
but in short, built in support for spatial data is very very limited.
