I have the above table .... When a user select a particular JobSequenceRunDate,say example-19-Oct-12 then based on the selection all my JobDescription should be classified under the respective Hours slot with JobStatus that were scheduled to run on that date.
Output:
Hours slot | JobDescription | JobDescription | JobDescription |
23:00 | |||
0:00 | |||
1:00 | |||
2:00 | |||
3:00 | |||
4:00 | |||
5:00 | |||
6:00 | |||
7:00 | |||
8:00 | Enlighta Load COMPLETED ONTIME | Prism Load COMPLETED WITH DELAY | Prism Sync COMPLETED ONTIME |
9:00 | |||
10:00 | Enlighta Sync START DELAY RUNNING
11:00 | |||
12:00 | |||
13:00 | Enlighta Validation NOT STARTED
14:00 | |||
15:00 | |||
16:00 | |||

Hi...Please find the attached file and let me know whether my approach is correct or not? Also can u please send me ur previous reply bcoz i've accidentally deleted it.
Hi.
I think you could use the same approach as MasterCalendar, but in your case it's more like 'MasterTime' since you need only hours.
Then you could use concat() to show JobDescriptions within the same hour, or you could rearrange your data to have the JobDescription order number as dimension.
Thanks whiteline, but can u demonstrate it with an example so dat i can understand?

You' ve almost done.
Craete a chart with Hour_Min as dimension and =Concat(JobDescription, ', ') as expression.
I used the above dimension and expression, but the chart is showing "No data to display"?
You think I'm cheating?
If a cheater can be helpful, den i'll go dat way....Thanks a lot....u made my day buddy........Cheers
Did you manage to create that chart or not ?
Yes! I did...
