How can I succesful import a document layout?

I would like to export a document layout and let other users import it.

(Menu File, Export, Export Document layout/Import Document layout)

The export result is a list of files.

To import, a suggested file type "layout.xml" is not available. I've to choose 'All files'

Is there an order of files to import and are all files necessary?

So far, I haven’t got a result (an imported document layout)

You need to use the -prj mehod. See this thread.
