How can I summarize Multiple ListBox results?

Hi

I have multiple list boxes that are sorted and summarized in descending order.  I would like to consolidate the filtered results into a single object based on a user data query. For example, if a user selects a particular day of the week and department resulting in the ListBoxes  below., and the "include" variable (vInclude = .40) is set to 40%, each of the red squared results would be consolidated and listed in a separate object, e.g. table.

Any suggestions, ideas would be greatly appreciated.
