Hi,
I want to centralize table and field metadata on database tables or Excel files and use comments and tags in script to load the metadata in the application.
So far so good...
After this, metadata will appear on table viewer, dimensions in charts, etc.
But, Are there functions to retrieve this metadata on the interface? I'd like to use them in help text of charts, text boxes. So, as soon as the metadata is updated, those messages would be automatically updated as well.
(I'd prefer not to load the metadata as a regular table in the model, althought I see this as a possibility)
