I don't think there is a setting in QMC to change the QvsTimeout. I did not find it anyway.

Only way I found to change this is by editing the value directly in the config.xml file itself.

It worked for me.

Can you tell which of the settings in the System->Setup>Select your server->Document tab/Performance tabs corresponds to the QvsTimeout in config.xml ?

At our site none of the values at those tabs is the same as the value for QvsTimeout in Config.xml
