By loading the data into QlikView/QlikSense and using the same field names to link the tables. This is very high level answer. You need to explain in detail if you need more specific answer. Also, I would recommend reading following posts for your benefit.
As Deepak replied, this is very generalized question which is difficult to answer... Data Model is something like you are linking/Joining different Tables through a common keys.
These common keys will create association between tables...
You need to mention specific requirements on which you want the answer.... otherwise, a whole book on data model is also not enough to answer your question...
