How do I add more data source providers

I am a new user who has downloaded the Personal Edition on a 64bit Windows7 machine.

I would like to connect to an SQL data source (ODBC connection established & tested using the ODBC administrator tool within Qlikview) however when I access the data source list I don't have Microsoft SQL as a provider. In fact I only have 3 providers as can be seen below.

How do I add other providers ?

You have to create a Conenction to the Data Source first with the ODBC Administration from Windows, you can open them direct from QlikView in the Script Editor -> Tools -> ODBC Administration (select the Bit Version your driver is)

My issue is that SQL is not listed as a provider when I am trying to connect to a data source

It is better to create a System DSN, is it a 32bit Conenction, in this case you have to Force 32bit
