How do I copy a sheet from one QV file to another?

In the help file it says you can use Export Sheet Layout and Import Sheet Layout from the file drop down menu, but I do not have this selection.

You can't copy objects from one QVW's sheet to another QVW's sheet.

But of course, you can do CTRL + A and CTRL + C on one sheet

and CTRL + V to another ...

I would recommend you to simple use ctrl + A and then ctrl + c. Open the new qvw and paste it in on the wanted sheet. The import and export of sheets is not reliable and im not sure if its supported any more. What version do you use?
