How do I export part of a report (filtered) to Excel
Hi,
I have a report which contains the following rows in a hiearchy: Zone, Region, District, Territory. Each zone has multiple regions and each region has multiple districts and so on. The customer requirement is to export and email each territory data to a different email ID. For example the report for territory A alone needs to be extracted and thereport should be sent to email ID A, the report for territory B alone needs to be extracted and sent to email ID B and so on. The District level reports need to contain the data of all the territories within the district. Similarly the zone and region reports should contain all the districts/territories in the zone/region. There are about 250 territories in the report. Is there a way of automatically filtering the report by territory/district/region/zone and sending the respective reports to the users.
