How do I make a decimal into a percentage?

I have a field called PercentComplete and in that field (table box) it has a bunch of values that range between 0.00 and 1.00. I want them to say 0% up to 100% instead. How do I go about doing this?

Table Box Properties>Number Tab>Override Document Settings Check Box>Show In Percent CheckBox

Use Relative Path and then goto Number Tab and set to fixed to Zero
