How mucht time to have a support?

For whose that should support in the amount that paid to have the licenses:

do you know how much time qlickview needs to answer to a question????? If we need urgent answers what we have to do? We have to call?

My point is that: if you say me that I will have 24h support, why I don't have it fast reaction?

Hi Luca,

Most of the time I come to the community for any issue, there are phone numbers for different areas all over the world, When I subbmit a new case in less  than 24 hours they get in touch with you.

I believe that emergencies are for the administrators on your facilities, people should be trained to solve any problem faster, I understand your point very well, but training it´s necesary.

Here on the community most of the issues are described and solved here.
