Hi All,
I new in QlikView.
Now I work with csv format file and have a problem.
I don't know how to separate data from one column (48 symbols) in different columns
Length of future columns:
SALES-DATE ( 8 )
UPC ( 15 )
STORE ( 4 )
SALES-UNIT ( 8 )
SALES-DOLLARS ( 13 )
Please help.
The file is a fixed width file not csv. Select the file type Fixed Record and you can then specify the column widths by clicking the file preview.
Hi,
LOAD @1:8,
@9:22,
@23:26,
@27:35,
@36:n
FROM
[..\data.csv]
(fix, codepage is 1252);
Regards
André Gomes
