How to Change Access Point's URL

Hi All,

We have implemented Qlikview in our org. Users are accessing the same form Access point by clicking on below link.

http://192.168.1.1/qlikview/index.htm  or http://serverhostname/qlikview/index.htm this link works when users are in our network, but , once the user is not in our premises, users have to  click on other link i.e the link of IP which is provided by or Internet service provider.  Now I wish to give end user only one  link i.e .http://serverhostname/bi.htm . how to do that?
