How to Identify the week number in a specified From and To Date

Hi all,

How to get get the week number,if my Year Starts from 28-Dec-2013 and ends to 29-Dec-2014.

if i  Use Week( Now()) its is showing 1st week number.

But i need to get week numbers according to my Starting and End Dates , not according to the system Date.

and

year&'-'&Week(Date)   ...   for 2014-ww week
