First you need to create your extension
and once you are sure that the extension is working fine.
then copy the folder inside which your extension content reside and create a ZIP file out of it
and after creating a zip file
rename the extension from xyz.zip to xyz.qar
thats it and now you can send this QAR to anybody and when they open this with QV the contents would get installed to their extensions folder.
