Hi All,
In my Expense management Qlikview Document there are three tables
E.g. Entries Table Data
User ID | Report ID | Entry ID | Date | Amount |
1 | 11 | 111 | 09-01-2015 | 1000 |
2 | 12 | 112 | 09-18-2015 | 2000 |
3 | 13 | 113 | 09-27-2015 | 2200 |
4 | 14 | 114 | 10-01-2015 | 2300 |
5 | 15 | 115 | 10-15-2015 | 1000 |
6 | 16 | 116 | 11-13-2015 | 2000 |
7 | 17 | 117 | 11-22-2015 | 2200 |
8 | 18 | 118 | 11-23-2015 | 2300 |
9 | 19 | 119 | 11-24-2015 | 2589 |
Now I want to load data Month wise and store into one table.
Something like this.
Entries:
Load
User ID,
Report ID,
Entry ID,
Date,
Amount
From Expense.xlsx where Month = September;
Concatenate
Load
User ID,
Report ID,
Entry ID,
Date,
Amount
From Expense.xlsx where Month = October;
Concatenate
Load
User ID,
Report ID,
Entry ID,
Date,
Amount
From Expense.xlsx where Month = December;
Please help me out in this.

Try this:
for i = 1 to 12
Expenses:
Load
[User ID],
[Report ID],
[Entry ID],
Date,
Amount
From <file>
where text(date(Date,'M')) = '$(i)';
store Expenses into <folder>\<archive>_$(i).qvd (qvd);
Drop table Expenses;
