            Here my problem is I want to write a conditional expression in there representation they selected x axis for dimension and y axis for dimension

Where i can write Expression for X axis As well Y axis

I'm sorry may be I didn't understand your requirement, Please see the attachment and go to "Relationship "Tab . There you are having 2 Scatter charts , check there properties and the way dimension and expression has been used.

Have you tried including a calculated dimension?
