How to achieve both Dimention Level and Expression Level Grouping in the same report?

Hello...

I need to achieve Dimention Level Grouping as well as Expression Level Grouping in the same report. How can I do this?

My Idea:

1) For this I have created a Dimention Group(3 fields) and Expression Group(3 fields) from Settings --> Document Properties --> Groups (Tab) and used them in the report.

2) I am able to see a small drop-down button for Dimention Level.

3) In order to see the same for Expression Level, I need to add an extra expression(this can either be a group or just an expr) in the expressions. So, there should be atleast 2 expressions for me to view the Expression Level Grouping(file attached), the second one being unnecessary in my report.

I am a newbie to QlikView and doesn't want to use any Variables/Macros. Can I achieve this, if so how?
