How to add the comments in QV

Hi everyone,

I have a daily report which both figure and some comments. And I want to show the daily report to some other users and they can write

in comments in QV, and they also can export this daily report with comments to EXCEL or PDF or WORD.

About the comments management, there are 2 things I want to solve:

1.how different people can contribute to the daily report by keying comments?

2.how I (the people in charge of the daily report) can key additional comments?

Could you please help to find a way about this?

you can do the comments thing with the collaboration features of qlikview server; not sure how to export them to excel.

Thanks for your help, it is useful. But I also want to print it with my figure data, so could you have another idea to solve it?
