I have a pivot table , which compute Exp type by month.
with michael help , i manage to display the Total Row at the top. So now i can view the month total exp amount.
Now i need to display Column total. can some one help me. So that i can display which is overall total amount on exp type for last 2 year.

Its same like how you did for Row..
For getting column total you have to select last dimension and tick "show partial sums"

Both your advise not work.
So i believe my pivot table have some setting which make the show partial total disable.
Finally i have a another QV doc , which also have same table , and i copy to my sheet and it work fine.

I did which Mr. Michael told you.
" go to the tab "Style", and uncheck "indent mode". After this, you can use "show partial sums" (Presentation tab)."
For enabling "Show Partial Sums", "Indent Mode" should be un checked.
