How to avoid overlapping Line and Bar on Combo Chart

1)The Line Graph is way towards the bottom of the Stacked Bars and barely visible , is it possible to bring it to the

topmost?

2) The Y Axis on the Right side ,needs to be changed from the 1000's to 100's .

Please suggest. Thanks

For the 2) just change max on Y axis of your second expression. So, after that, 1) should works.
